Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using JungleDrop ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not access or use the Service. JungleDrop reserves the right to update these Terms at any time without prior notice. Your continued use of the Service after any changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old (or the legal age in your jurisdiction) to use JungleDrop. By using the Service, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement and that you are not prohibited from using the Service under applicable laws.

3. Account Registration

To access certain features of the Service, you must create an account. You agree to:

  • Provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration
  • Maintain the security of your account credentials
  • Promptly update your account information if it changes
  • Accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account
  • Not create multiple accounts or share your account with others

4. Virtual Items

JungleDrop provides a platform for opening virtual cases and obtaining virtual items (skins) for Counter-Strike 2. All virtual items are subject to the following conditions:

  • Virtual items have no real-world monetary value outside of the JungleDrop platform
  • JungleDrop reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any virtual items
  • All case openings are final and non-refundable
  • The outcome of case openings is determined by a random number generation system

5. Deposits and Withdrawals

Users may deposit funds to their JungleDrop balance using supported payment methods. Withdrawals are subject to verification procedures and may be processed in the form of virtual items. JungleDrop reserves the right to impose minimum and maximum limits on deposits and withdrawals.

6. Prohibited Activities

You agree not to:

  • Use the Service for any illegal purpose
  • Attempt to manipulate or exploit the Service, games, or outcomes
  • Use automated software, bots, or scripts to interact with the Service
  • Engage in collusion or any form of coordinated play
  • Attempt to reverse-engineer or decompile any part of the Service
  • Transfer, sell, or trade your account to another person
  • Use the Service if you are located in a jurisdiction where such use is prohibited

7. Intellectual Property

All content, designs, logos, graphics, and software on JungleDrop are the property of JungleDrop or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any content on the Service without express written permission.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, JungleDrop shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or other intangible losses, arising from your use of the Service. JungleDrop's total liability shall not exceed the amount deposited by you in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

9. Account Suspension and Termination

JungleDrop reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for any reason, including but not limited to: violation of these Terms, suspected fraud, money laundering, or any other unlawful activity. In the event of termination, you may forfeit any remaining balance or virtual items in your account.

10. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from or related to these Terms or your use of the Service shall be resolved through binding arbitration. You agree to waive your right to participate in class action lawsuits or class-wide arbitration.

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable international laws. Any legal proceedings shall be conducted in the jurisdiction determined by JungleDrop.
